Do we know what is good for us? Do we want God to do what He sees as good? What prevents us from accepting the good He prescribes? Gen 2, 3; Matt 2; Ps 2
Lord, since You are the alpha and omega You know what is good for us in each of the situations; give us faith, humility, and surrender to accept Your ways and choices for every day.
Lord, You, our creator know what is good for us, so we daily deny ourselves and take up the cross with faith and humility as we submit to the good You prescribe.
