Will we have a burden for His work, if our life is perfect? What if there is nothing special to notice or no one gives credit, will we continue to serve in His house? If we work only after His nudging, will He grant His presence to empower us? Hag 1, 2
Lord, let the zeal to serve Your house and Your people consume us not only because You delight in it but also because we are amazed at Your mercy through which You have promised to empower even those who begin to work only after You have nudged them.
Lord, You always surprise us with Your mercy and love-You empower those who were once apathetic to serve in Your house with the promise of Your presence to strengthen them towards a task which You will make glorious at the end.
